Our 2024 Global Diversity Experience
United in Purpose: Changing Tomorrow, Today
Our annual Global Diversity Experience (GDE) is celebrating its tenth year, marking a decade of impactful, candid conversations that strengthen our culture and drive our success. The three-day event, held in-person in Chicago and virtually around the globe, invited hundreds of employees—from hourly associates to our executive leadership team and board of directors—to become thought leaders and active listeners. At GDE, we bring our authentic stories, broaden our perspectives and leave invigorated to champion Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Citizenship (EDIC) wherever we go. Over the last 10 years, our dedication to diversity has meant continually listening to our people to ensure our EDIC priorities are aligned for the next decade of progress.
