Throughout Hispanic heritage month, we’re celebrating the amazing contributions of our Hispanic Network+ (HN+) and the influence of Hispanic cultures throughout the world. 2,600 members strong, our HN+ is a diverse group of individuals who bring with them unique stories, traditions and cultures that span centuries and continents. This year’s theme, More than Meets the Eye, is empowering employees to look beyond surface level and understand different facets of the Hispanic community. In hosting conversations on demystifying immigration, work-life balance and embracing fusion heritage, we’re exploring the nuances of cultural experience that can be missed by first impressions.

Beyond Hispanic Heritage month and all throughout the year, employees of our Hispanic Network+ plays an important role at Synchrony. It’s where you can find community among others with shared experiences, resources to grow your career, expand your professional network, and opportunity to make an impact on the Hispanic community beyond Synchrony.

CAREER GROWTH

HN+ offers curated professional development content for more than 2,600 members. Our Fuego Connections series helps members identify potential career paths by highlighting Hispanic leaders’ career development stories. Whether members are interested in leadership, mentorship or learning new skills, they can reach their career aspirations while being supported by peers and leaders.

CAMINO

CAMINO (Career Acceleration for Motived, Innovative Non-Exempt, Over-performers) is a virtual development program for non-exempt employees that focuses on leadership and growth through critical experiences.

HN+ University

HN+ University is designed to empower our members with comprehensive knowledge of organizational functions and platforms. It provides a chance to strengthen business acumen and foster growth and career success.

EXPANDING YOUR NETWORK

Simply joining the network offers the opportunity to meet a variety of people across the company. Becoming actively involved expands your ability to grow your skills and experience while creating lasting connections with colleagues. If you’re looking to be a mentor, or to be mentored, the Hispanic Network’s META (Mentoring Employees Talent Ascension) program provides our members the opportunity to connect with experienced professionals looking for support in their careers, seeking advice or just hoping to expand their networks.
