Role Summary/Purpose:
The role reports directly to the SVP and General Manager for CareCredit's Wellness organization and has P&L Responsibility for the Healthcare Specialty Markets. Core responsibilities are to develop and drive strategic initiatives and relationships within Healthcare Specialty Markets that increase CareCredit usage and revenue growth. The incumbent will lead a team of VP's, National Account Managers and Client Service Managers to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, large associations, consultants, key opinion leaders and strategic accounts. This role will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to execute initiatives and strategies.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth strategies and action plans for CareCredit's Healthcare Specialties Markets

Meet full P&L/Revenue targets by developing and executing pricing and large client strategies within Healthcare Specialty Markets.

Develop and strengthen long term client relationships in conjunction with Healthcare Specialty markets overall growth strategies.

Lead team consisting of National Account Managers, Client Service Managers, who oversee 15+ strategic client/partner relationships, deliver on contractual requirements, create and execute projects that improve business metrics and resolve operational related issues.

Assure all contractual obligations are being met and lead renewal negotiations.

Identify customer CTQ's and lead cross functional business teams to deliver; monitor progress to goals & pro-actively identify areas of opportunity.

Provide value added analysis & reporting to evaluate and drive growth usage.

Lead compliance initiatives/disputes to resolution and communicate to HQ.

Participate in monthly operating & portfolio performance reviews.

Assess key portfolio performance metrics to determine optimal growth strategies.

Utilize data to contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Partner with Credit, Underwriting/Finance to facilitate pricing reviews and negotiate contract renewals, amendments and CRP approvals when necessary

Special projects as assigned such as commercial activation of strategic technologies & products.

Work with market specific healthcare industry stakeholders to drive within their businesses/industries.

Partner with Business Development on scoping and prospecting new strategic relationships; strengthen partnerships with existing associations/large clients and corporate accounts to drive continued utilization, purchase volume, enrollments and cardholder applications.

Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree or 8 years+ of equivalent work experience in the Financial Services field.

Minimum of 6 years of client management experience in the Financial Services field, including effective people leadership.

Minimum of 5 years project management experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering formal communications to either senior business leaders or key external business partners.

Demonstrated prior experience involving contract negotiations, competitive pricing, business planning and P&L management.

Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight and some weekend travel.

Strong Influencing, Negotiation and Project Management skills
Desired Characteristics:

Prior leadership experience in financial services or within industry.

Previous experience leading dispersed sales teams

Analytical thinker with excellent communication, training skills and presentation skills.

Strong financial and healthcare business/industry acumen.

Proven ability to influence corporate decision makers in the healthcare industry.

Knowledge and expertise of various healthcare specialties.

Proven ability to work remotely and independently.
Grade/Level: 14
The salary range for this position is 150,000.00 – 250,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.
Eligibility Requirements:

You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
