Role Summary/Purpose:

Business Leadership Program Overview: Synchrony’s Business Leadership Program (Full-Time) is a two-year, multi-rotation experience that will help you develop the skills needed to accelerate your career. You’ll gain deep expertise across diverse Analytics tracks, with an opportunity to explore different areas of your chosen function. A Data Analytics BLP will get a unique opportunity to rotate across key areas of the analytics team, providing broad exposure to various analytical function, methodologies, and strategic projects. During the two years, you will also engage in a collection of immersive experiences designed to deepen your business knowledge, drive cross-functional exposure, broaden your network, and pay it forward within your community. The program provides successful graduates with the strong foundation of skills and experiences they need to grow their careers and position themselves for future leadership roles.
Technology Full-Time BLP Experience: What You’ll Accomplish A Technology BLP will have opportunities across different areas of our team, giving you unique perspectives on how Technology fits into the broader business landscape—for example:
• Mobile App Development
•Microservices and API development
•Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
•Data Engineering
•Infrastructure and Incident Management
•Information Security
•Leadership, Experiential and Technical Training
•Vendor partnership and Agile process
•Product and program management

Essential Responsibilities:

In the Technology track you and your team are responsible for enhancing and maintaining Synchrony’s world-class technology stack necessary to grow the business and keep us at the forefront of our industry.

Qualifications/Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline like Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.
• Academic record – 7 CGPA

Work Timings: This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time – 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may apply periodically due to business needs.
