Business Leadership Program

Our Business Leadership Program (BLP) establishes a strong foundation for Synchrony’s future leaders through its four-day externship, 10-week internship and two-year full-time programs. BLP participants are immersed in our growth-oriented culture from day one, learning about our business, networking with one another and driving innovation for our business.

Skills Training for Evolving Professionals

Our Skills Training for Evolving Professionals (STEP) Program allows hourly employees to deepen their knowledge and develop the leadership skills they need to take their career to the next level. STEP participants complete self-paced coursework, job shadow, rotate assignments and interact with supportive mentors to explore career paths and take the next step in their careers.

Synchrony Leadership Development Experience

Synchrony Leadership Development Experience (SLDE) takes high-potential VP level talent and deepens their leadership skills, broadens their network and provides access to senior leadership. In 2023, we held our first SLDE cohort specifically for our colleagues in India and the Philippines, focusing on bringing out the best in teams, leading with a growth mindset and strategic thinking.
